I am Gertruda and I was born to create. 

When I was 3 years old, I couldn’t speak yet but I used colours to express myself and my world was perfect. Art become my voice. So I start to walk on this path, slowly my way revealed itself and now I count 23 years of intense passion since I first presented my art to the public in 1998.

I have a degree in environmental science and between 1997-2000 I followed the Art School Bacau, Romania.

My art it’s my way of travelling, telling stories, laughing, crying, loving, living. I love the power of colours, I always rely on their friendship: red is my confidant and blue, but yellow is special because it has a special power on me. With all the colours I tell my stories just like musicians tell their stories using notes. With colours I compose the world you see and aim to create calm in chaos.

My art is how I express myself, when I paint, I am the best version of myself.
